I add these to cold raw milk and put in the hot water cupboard for 36 to 48 hours, makes the milk digestible, very nice raw yogurt.
Makes a lovely yogurt that I'm very pleased with.

I’ve been using this one and the Thick and Creamy cultures for a year and it’s just perfect for making home yoghurt. I wouldn’t buy shop yoghurt again. And Country Trading gives great fast service!
