Very good culture

I already made 2 batches of yoghurt, following instructions and temperatures, the 2 batches were perfect. I used lactose free milk, and yet the yoghurt had the perfect consistency, not too runny, not too thick, and the taste is amazing.

Yogurt

We have plenty of milk so being able to buy the culture without having to buy milk powder is so much better and cheaper. More environmentally friendly too

Best yogurt ever

I got fed up with buying yogurt as couldn't always get the brand we liked. Also having plastic containers to dispose off after each purchase was another put off.
So very happy with the yogurt maker and the different cultures that can be purchased to make yogurt. Can be made with different products such as almond milk, rice milk etc.
Best decision I have ever made.
