Rennet and culture pack identical,should be labeled on packs,would be easy to mix up.

Ordered Blue Cheese culture pack but soft cheese culture pack turned up. Quick phone call and all sorted in double time. They also use overnight deliver so your order comes very smartly. Great quality goods however as someone else has noted, the sachets in the culture and rennet packs look identical, so best to label each before you start!

Rennet and culture packets are identical. That would not be a problem if they warned customers.

I accidentally put in the rennet instead of the culture, and an hour later found the milk coagulated. I immediately called for advice as to how the curd could be used.

I've written three times and got no response, and this review request comes up. Must be automated.
