Tastes great

I think you need to have a trial and error first attempt and then I feel I can get it right now. What I would have liked to know before I started was that if you are using the easiyo flask as you say that is ok to use (and I had to because you were out of stock of the stainless steel one) you don’t put boiling water in the flask because it kills the starter culture. You put hot tap water for four hours and then refill it again with hot tap water. This is important ! It took ages to find this info.

Good yoghurt. No a lot of flavour but nice. Easy to make. Would buy again.
Have tried making it with previously made yoghurt and it worked too.

Excellent yogurt starter!

Perfect every time so far... I did reculture from my first batch a few times since I was eating it so fast with good results but then started with a fresh culture after getting back from a long weekend away. Just started a sour cream batch which is very exciting!
